Return/Exchange Policy for Ratan Cart

Thank you for shopping at Ratan Cart, a brand of Antarart Private Limited. We strive to provide you with the best products and services. In the event that you need to return or exchange a product, please review our return/exchange policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

1.1 Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

1.2 Timeframe: You must initiate the return/exchange process within 7 days from the date of product delivery.

  1. Return/Exchange Process

2.1 Contact Customer Support: If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact our customer support team at [contact@antarart.com]. Provide your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and the product(s) you intend to return/exchange.

2.2 Return/Exchange Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and notify you about the approval of the return/exchange.

2.3 Return Shipping: If your return request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address. You are responsible for the shipping cost and ensuring that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

2.4 Exchange Options: For eligible exchanges, you can choose another product of equal or higher value. If the chosen product is of lower value, the price difference will be issued as store credit.

  1. Store Credit and Coupon

 3.1 Store Credit: For approved returns or exchanges, we will issue store credit for the product's original purchase amount. Store credit will be applied to your Ratan Cart account.

 3.2 Coupon: Along with the store credit, you will receive a unique coupon code. The coupon will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.

  1. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Custom-made or personalized products.

- Products without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.

- Products that show signs of use or wear.

- Items purchased using store credit.

  1. Refunds

 Ratan Cart does not offer cash refunds for returns or exchanges. Instead, we provide store credit and a coupon for eligible returns/exchanges.

  1. Cancellation

 If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, the return/exchange policy will apply.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate the return process, as applicable, at no additional cost to you.

  1. Changes to the Return/Exchange Policy
